He won’t stay put for a woman, and she won’t chase after any man…

Mitch Kowalski lives out of a suitcase—and he likes it that way. Traveling for work has the added bonus of scaring off women who would otherwise try to tie him down. But when he’s called home to help with the family lodge, he’s intrigued by the new girl in town and her insistence that she doesn’t need a man. If there’s one thing Mitch can’t resist, it’s a challenge.

After a nomadic childhood, Paige Sullivan is finally putting down roots. Determined to stand on her own two feet, she lives by the motto “Men are a luxury, not a necessity.” But when Mr. Tall, Dark and Hot pulls up a stool in her diner and offers her six weeks of naughty fun with a built-in expiration date, she’s tempted to indulge.

They’re the perfect match for a no-strings fling. Until they realize their sexy affair has become anything but casual…

Review:
I'm a huge fan of the Kowalski family and was so excited to see another book out! I'm even more excited that throughout this book there are a plethora of future stories to be had. Who will be next?!

This is a classic story of boy meets girl and both don't want a relationship so they decide to make sure up front that everybody knows it is just for fun. We all know what happens. I don't even have to say it. But, I liked the predictability. It works.

I liked the book but you know exactly what is going to happen throughout. There isn't any question. A little surprise here and there would have been nice. I could have used a few more "sparks" flying between Mitch and Paige as well. But, it was good. If you are looking for a good romance read about The Kowalski family!

  1. This is my least favorite Kowalski book :( I loved it, but there was no surprise... And there was no real mention of the Kowalski clan that we already love so much! (And this wasn't as laugh out loud funny as the others...)

Great review! It's a sweet story, but to me? Not worthy of the Kowalski name... LOL!
